A 6,400 sq ft boutique hotel refresh in Lisbon. Lobby, lounge, and eight suites needed one material language that felt intimate rather than theatrical.
02 / Challenge
Previous renovations had left mismatched suites and a lobby that read as transit rather than arrival. Guests never lingered.

We unified finishes across floors — charcoal plaster, warm brass, and deep textiles — and redesigned seating so the lobby holds conversation without blocking circulation.
04 / Result
Arrival feels collected. Suites share a family of details guests recognize without feeling identical.
